PRODUCTION: WATER-JET DPT.

-Water Jet Dpt: Water Jet Cutting, 4000 Bar for any kind of material.

PRODUCTION: ELECTROEROSION

-Electro Discharge Machine (EDM) Wirespark, working area with 2 wirespark EDM machines provided with robotic handler for loading/unloading work pieces. Production runs without operator, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. (AGIE Machines).

PRODUCTION: WORKING CENTRES

-Flexible Manufacturing Systems (FMS) work centers composed of 2 cells with 4 axis and 1000mm. working cubic volume, total of 600 HSK 100 Tools Nests, 60 work pallets for tool assembly, production time without operator: 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. (MCM Machining cells).
-FMS work centers composed of 2 cells with 5 axis operation, 500 tool magazine and 60 work pallets (MCM Machining cells).

PRODUCTION: QUALITY CONTROL DPT.

-Quality Control Dpt: Zeiss Centermax CMMs, twin Coordinate Measuring Machines able to work directly on the production floor area within temperature ranges of + 15 to + 35 C.

PRODUCTION: INDUCTION HARDENING

-High frequency induction hardening NC machines for any kind of cams. Designed and manufactured by Bettinelli F.lli S.p.A.
